Who we are

Your clinical team saves lives. We help ensure they're paid for it.

About us

Our story.

BRSi began in 1992 with four team members and a simple commitment: provide exceptional revenue cycle management (RCM) services through long-term, trust-based partnerships. Three decades later, we still hold ourselves accountable to that standard.

We care about our work because we understand its impact. Fairly compensated providers deliver better care. Throughout every change in healthcare revenue cycle management, our driving purpose has remained the same: to support the organizations that care for people.

Our mission.

Empower healthcare organizations to thrive by improving revenue and financial health, enabling better care and sustainable impacts across communities.

Our core values.

How we work matters as much as what we deliver. Our four values spell CARE. It’s what we and our clients do every day.

Collaboration.

Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. We communicate readily and openly, align around shared goals, and ensure ownership of outcomes. We bring this same mindset to our clients, acting as a trusted partner and an extension of their team to achieve meaningful results together.

Agility.

We embrace change and evolve with purpose. From new ideas and market shifts to AI-powered innovations like DeniaLogic™, we act quickly to improve and innovate without losing sight of what has made BRSi reliable for more than 34 years.

Resilience.

BRSi drives relentlessly, and with purpose. We hold ourselves accountable by overcoming obstacles to deliver results and continuously improve. Our resilience helps hospitals, managed care organizations, and states accelerate and maximize revenue, allowing them to provide better care and essential resources for the communities they serve.

Ethics.

Integrity and trust guide every interaction, decision, and relationship. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching, because in healthcare, trust is the foundation upon which everything else is built.
