Our commitment.

BRSi helps hospitals, health plans, and public programs protect the funding behind patient care. The people who rely on that care, and the people who deliver it, should be able to use our website. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or screen magnifiers.

Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities, and for everyone else, too.

What we've done.

When we rebuilt brsi.ai in 2026, we built these practices into every page:

  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Each page has one main heading, so its topic is clear.
  • A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the menu, and the menu's dropdowns open with the keyboard.
  • Text meets WCAG AA color contrast.
  • Pages work on phones, tablets, and desktops without scrolling sideways.
  • Forms have labels, and the cookie banner can be reopened anytime from Cookie settings.

We tested every page with automated accessibility tools and reviewed each one by hand at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes. Our most recent review was Oct. 15, 2026.

Known limitations.

We know about these issues:

Documents from other organizations. Our Careers page links to two notices published by the U.S. Department of Labor. They come from the government in an accessible format, but we don't control their content.

Third-party tools.

Some parts of the site come from other companies: the chat window and cookie banner (HubSpot), job listings (Paylocity), and spam protection on forms (Google reCAPTCHA). We choose tools that support accessibility, but we can't change their code. If one of them gives you trouble, contact us and we'll help another way.

Get help or another format.

If something on our site doesn't work for you, or you need information in another format, let us know. Please tell us which page you were on and what happened. We'll reply within two business days.

How we keep improving.

We check new pages and features for accessibility before they go live, and we review the whole site at least once a year. We'll update this statement when we do.
