We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Natalie Van Baale to Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, effective November 1, 2024.
Natalie’s journey with BRSi began in April 2005, where she gained invaluable experience across various divisions and roles. Her leadership has been pivotal in growing BRSi’s Military Healthcare presence globally. For many years, she has successfully led the Federal Operations Division, building strong relationships with high-ranking military commanders, senior executives, and internal teams.
In her new role, Ms. Van Baale will continue to leverage her deep understanding of complex Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) issues, driving successful outcomes for our clients and ensuring value for all BRSi stakeholders.
